Risk decisioning and affordability assessment are some of the use cases where Tink Console can provide plenty of insights and data. Risk Decisioning, which has just landed on the Console, upgrades the experience with a comprehensive view to help evaluate an applicant’s finances and risk flags.

Previously, customers using Income Check and Risk Insights would access the insights provided by their open banking flows inside the Console on separate tabs. With the new feature on the Console, all they need to do is to go to the Risk Decisioning tab to access or download reports from there. Being able to review an applicant with a consolidated risk experience is not only more practical, but also enables businesses to enhance their affordability and risk assessments on their terms if still reliant on manual handling and applicant interaction.

What’s new

In the new interface, customers will be presented with modules providing high-level reports of the risk products they use. For those with the full suite, you will be able to review highlights of a customer’s income and expenses over the last three months, as well as financial insights over the previous 12 months dependent on the customer’s history at the given bank as well as the bank's data history length.

One consolidated view, quicker risk decisioning process

Risk Decisioning viewer offers the ability to evaluate an application with all the data for assessing in one place, enabling fast and efficient decision making. Also, for those who need to review the applicant based on more specific criteria (e.g. Expense Check), they can find this by drilling down into the data on Tink Console.
