SEPAexpress teams up with Tink to scale payments across Europe

SEPAexpress has partnered with Tink to enhance its payments solutions. The German-based provider has integrated Pay by Bank, Account Check and Balance Check into its offering – ensuring a streamlined user experience for SEPAexpress customers. SEPAexpress offers trusted and seamless, white label account-to-account (A2A) payments for payment service providers (PSPs), merchants and corporates. 

SEPAexpress has integrated Tink’s Pay by Bank solution into its offering allowing all its customers to make hassle-free payments. 

Tink’s Account Check and Balance Check products have also been embedded into its portfolio, allowing for instant verification of account ownership and verification of their users’ account balances in real time. Letting SEPAexpress customers automate the setup of direct debit payments reduces error and means minimal friction due to a quick and simple process based on real-time data. 

Payments made simple

Pay by Bank is a simple way for anyone to pay directly from their bank account. Once a consumer authenticates using their Face ID, a fingerprint or something similar, the money moves between accounts instantly.

Pay by Bank complements SEPAexpress’ portfolio with an already strongly established direct debit offering. It’s not just about creating another choice of payment at checkout, but offering SEPAexpress customers a payment method that has familiarity, speed, reliability and convenience. Pay by Bank eliminates friction in the payment journey, enhancing the customer experience with a smooth, effortless process.

By using Pay by Bank, companies depending on SEPAexpress can facilitate immediate payments and instantly verify account ownership and balance. 

Ensuring smooth and secure transaction processing across Europe

By using Tink’s pan-European connectivity, SEPAexpress is able to extend its open banking payments coverage across all 18 markets that Tink serves. Tink connects to more than 3,400 banks – all major banks in Europe and is able to reach over 250 million bank customers. This supports merchants to do business across multiple markets while remaining agile to provide individually tailored solutions to its customers.
